  • Relevant housing and/or property qualification

  • Substantial experience at senior management level with significant organisational, departmental and budgetary responsibility
  • Evidence of a successful track record of leading and influencing change
  • Substantial experience of mid-range development achievement across a number of local authority areas
  • Experience of developing and managing demanding performance standards that enable achievement of the Groups business plans.
  • Significant experience of working at senior level with Boards and Committees with a clear understanding and commitment to governance
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes
  • Knowledge and experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improved services and performance
  • Significant experience of leading, managing, developing and empowering staff at all levels in a changing environment
